1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Orbi Finance ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us") and the cryptocurrency yield services we provide. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Orbi Finance, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be on any sanctions list or prohibited persons list

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 KYC/AML Compliance

We are required to verify your identity in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide all requested documentation and information.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Services

4.1 Yield Services

Orbi Finance offers cryptocurrency yield services with an advertised rate of 7% monthly (84% APY). Rates are subject to change and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify rates with appropriate notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is $100 USD equivalent in cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to modify this minimum at any time.

4.3 Supported Cryptocurrencies

We currently support Ethereum (ETH) and Ripple (XRP). Additional cryptocurrencies may be added at our discretion.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit supported cryptocurrencies to your account. Deposits are final and cannot be reversed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses.

5.2 Withdrawals

There is no lock-up period for withdrawals. You may withdraw your funds at any time, subject to verification requirements and processing times. Network fees may apply.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits and withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours but may take longer depending on network congestion and verification requirements.

6. Fees

We may charge fees for our services, including:

  • Transaction fees for deposits and withdrawals
  • Network fees (gas fees) for blockchain transactions
  • Service fees (if applicable)

All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

7. Risks and Disclaimers

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Platform are owned by Orbi Finance or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for losses due to market conditions, network failures, or third-party actions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbi Finance and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, you will be able to withdraw your funds subject to applicable laws and verification requirements.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orbi Finance is registered.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
